The NBCC's 123rd Annual General Meeting was held in Amsterdam on 23 September 2014. One of the most prominent agenda items was the proposal to adopt the new NBCC Articles of Association which was accepted unanimously. The appointment of Board Members Rebecca Hilliard, Stephen Huyton, Alexandra Kamerling, Tessa Kits, Anton Valk and Andrew Wood were also confirmed. The AGM was followed by a network lunch following which the NBCC members and their guests were invited to join members of partner organisation PAiE for some highly interesting and eductional sessions. Reinier Russell and Jan Dop of Russell Advocaten gave an enlightening presentation on privacy in the workplace, which generated a lively discussion with the guests. Mr Jan Nijssen of Montae summarized the Pension Changes 2015 and reminded the attendees that time for action is now! Following a tea and coffee break, Gijs Fibbe and Peter Polman (of NBCC Premier Member company Baker Tilly Berk) gave a briefing about the Dutch budget 2015 and what it holds for companies. The event closed with a network reception attended by many members of NBCC and PAiE.
