Mission
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Forum has been launched in order to raise awareness and support among NBCC members in sharing best practices and identifying broader opportunities in improving diversity representation growth.
Goals
- Raise awareness and support member companies in creating inclusive cultures through the sharing of best practices;
- Networking – Offer opportunities for networking during relevant & fun events;
- Further improve the diversity representation across the Chamber;
- Advocacy - Identify and address the broader opportunities that could increase inclusion in the workplace.
