Participation fee:

The participation fee €2,400,- excluding VAT (price for members of the NBCC, non-members pay €2,900,- excluding VAT). For any second or subsequent participants from the same company, a participation fee of €1,500,- excluding VAT applies.

Included in the participation fee:

• Intake and organisation of the matrchmaking programme
• Individual targeted matchmaking appointments (minimum 4)
• Group meetings
• Marketing workshop with a focus on UK market entry tailored to your company
• Meet the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
• 2 Networking lunches on September 18^thand 19^th
• Networking drinks on September 18th
• Group dinner on September 18^th
• Local public transport
• Private tour in the House of Commons
• Support of NBCC staff during the mission

Note: Travel tickets to London and hotel accommodations are not included.

Terms and additional information:

• After your registration, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. All payment obligations must be fulfilled before the start of the trip.
• Cancellation: Unfortunately, 50% of the participant fee will be charged for all cancellations before September 3^rd2023 to cover our operational costs. For all cancellations as of September 4^th100% of the participation fee will be charged.
• In case of hindrance, you can potentially be replaced by a colleague.
