Shine Forward - Mentorship Program

This cross-company mentorship program will give you the opportunity to truly step out of your comfort zone. You will be matched-up with a leader/mentor from another organization who will help navigate your ambitions for change and growth. Given the nature of the program, the focus will be your own career goals regardless of any company strategies.  As a mentee, the program would require that you dedicate at least 2-3 hours per month to the program, in the form of meeting face to face or virtually, following up with your mentor but also preparation for the meetings, reflection, following recommendation, action towards your goal.
