Shine Forward - Mentorship Program
This cross-company mentorship program will give you the opportunity to truly step out of your comfort zone. Mentors will be matched-up with high-potential female employees from other organizations to help navigate the mentees' ambitions for change and growth. Given the nature of the program, the focus will their career goals regardless of any company strategies. As a mentor, the program would require that you dedicate a minimum of 1-2hours per month to your mentee, in the form of meeting face to face or virtually, following up, and other activities
