Shine Forward - Mentorship Program - Fourth Edition 

This cross-company mentorship program will give you the opportunity to truly step out of your comfort zone. Mentors will be matched-up with high-potential female employees from other organizations to help navigate the mentees' ambitions for change and growth. Given the nature of the program, the focus will their career goals regardless of any company strategies.  As a mentor, the program would require that you dedicate a minimum of 1-2hours per month to your mentee, in the form of meetings, following up, and other activities.

The content of the mentorship meetings are confidential and secure. They are built on respect and trust, and to engage in honest, friendly, courageous communication that is entirely focused on the growth of the mentee. Confidential Company information is not to be disclosed as this program solely focusses on personal growth and general career progression.
