Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to announce our annual North Sea Tax Seminar will take place on Thursday, 26 March 2020. During this seminar, we will provide you with an update on recent developments in tax legislation and practices which can be relevant for your company and your employees while operating on the North Sea.

We also will brief you on a significant development that will impact the businesses operating on the North Sea going forward. The European Green Deal was presented in December 2019 and we are expecting significant updates in March relating to the “just transition” plan of the European Commission. We have lined up experts on the topic of Energy Transition, Tax and policy next to a number of our PwC UK, Norway, Denmark and Germany colleagues that will also be attending the seminar to share recent developments in their territory. We refer to the program below for further information.

We aim to make our seminar a unique experience for you with fresh content and great networking opportunities. We look forward to seeing you there! You can register here and feel free to share this invite within your finance and tax teams. We are happy to set up meetings with the specialists attending from various countries bordering the North Sea if desired.

Best regards, On behalf of PwC's North Sea Tax Team

Jan-Willem Thoen and Bart van Osch
