Dear members of the NBCC,

In this season of reflection, gratitude, and looking ahead to 2026, we would like to invite you to consider supporting our community’s only charity member: the Neurodiversity Foundation.

Since 2018, the Neurodiversity Foundation has been developing inspiring, scalable projects that drive systemic change toward a neurodivergent-friendly society. This year with a calculated social return on investment (SROI) of 1,581% for each donated euro or pound. Their work now spans four departments, involves over 150 volunteers, and includes more than 40 active projects, generating social impact with a value measured for the 4th year in tracking results, into the millions of pounds and euros.

To continue this work, the Neurodiversity Foundation relies on financial support from our community. We hope you will consider donating to support their work.

Why support the Neurodiversity Foundation?

Every donation is translated directly into action. In 2025 alone, the Foundation delivered 90 concrete achievements across research, advocacy, education, and community building.

For example, ND Pride Week (11–17 June) and Neurodiversity Pride Day (16 June) have grown into the largest non-profit-led celebration of neurodiversity worldwide. This year, activities took place in 58 countries, supported by 40 national volunteer teams, with 97 local events, and the distribution of 180 Neurodiversity Pride flags to communities across the globe. Together, these initiatives celebrate the simple but powerful idea that all minds belong.

The Foundation also expanded its research department to more than 30 unpaid academic researchers, generating science-based insights to empower neurodivergent people worldwide. Its advocacy work gained international attention through its stance against autism conversion therapy, while also creating positive spaces through initiatives such as Neurodances, Neuro-Inclusive Politician Awards, and Neurocafés for people seeking connection in a world not always designed for them.

Meanwhile, the Neurodiversity Education Academy reached over 80,000 followers on LinkedIn, supporting more than 1,500 educators with free tools, articles, and resources to help make classrooms more neuroinclusive for future generations.

All of this impact comes with real costs. To sustain and scale this work—especially in areas where support is needed most—the Foundation urgently needs continued funding. Their core values of courage, ambition, compassion, and benevolence guide everything they do, but without sufficient resources, this work cannot continue at the necessary scale.

This winter, we therefore invite all NBCC members to consider making a direct donation to the Neurodiversity Foundation, enrolling them in your corporate giving programs, or offering support in other meaningful ways.

Together, we can help ensure that in 2026 and beyond, every mind has the opportunity to thrive. Please support and donate to the Neurodiversity Foundation!

Warm regards,
Team NBCC & Neurodiversity Foundation
